MGSE Welcomes 2026 Doctoral Student's Cohort

The MGSE and the Faculty of Economics welcome our new doctoral students of the 2026 cohort!

On October 1, the new PhD cohort was warmly welcomed by Prof. Carsten Eckel, MGSE Director, who shared a few personal words of welcome. Carlos Romero Blázquez, PhD Representative, and Hoda Aboushanab, the Women’s Representative, also greeted our new PhD students. Other representatives of the Faculty administration joined the occasion as well.
The day ended with a cheerful PhD Stammtisch, giving everyone the chance to connect, chat, and celebrate the start of their PhD journey together.
We are delighted to welcome the new cohort to ECONM! We wish all new PhD students a great start to their doctoral journey and a successful and enjoyable time at the LMU.
